EPS半自动泡沫成型机 该机型有（1）丝杠蜗轮传动（2）丝杠碰轮传动（3）液压传动三种基本机型。 1.本机采用进口PLC可编程电脑和DOPA人机界面触摸屏来实现整个控制系统。本机具有功能齐全、参数调节方便等功能。由闭模、进料、发泡、开模、气脱全自动控制，又能实现计算机生产中的产品管制。 2.采用多种加热发泡方式，可利用土机完好的旧模具在不改变车间环境的情况下，机器也能处于最佳状态，使产品达到全自动真空成型机的品质。 3.结构紧凑、节省空间、性能可靠、维护方便、节省人力、节省蒸汽、节省原料。稍学即会，无需培训，每人同时操作2-4台机器。 4.本机采用进口液压传动系统，增加了合模力，提高了合模速度，使成型周期更短，更节能。
